Aimed at anyone who is curious about wine and wants to know that much more in order to enjoy wine as fully as possible. This program is not aimed at wine experts, nor at creating them. A journey of six 90-minute sessions which include tasting of eighteen wines in all.

Wine is one of the wonders of life. Man and wine have an intimate connection spanning at least 8000 years. Wine brings Nature, Art, Culture, Science and History all together in a glass bottle. For most of us, wine is a drink we enjoy socially or with food, relishing its sensations without needing to pay too much further attention. Some of us make a living out of it, and others don’t like it at all.
The truth is that, however much anyone may know about wine, more focused understanding of it would serve to let us enjoy it more fully, more comprehensively.
Wine, above all, is fun.
This program is not aimed at wine experts, nor at creating them. WIP is designed to guide all those attending towards adding value to their own current wine experience in order to maximise on the delights offered by this wonderful nectar.

Within 6 months, staff gain confidence in suggesting selections. By 12 months, they have a better understanding of wine and food pairings, trends, and selling skills.
